  • Transaction and billing status details required to confirm purchases or subscriptions. Full payment card numbers are not stored by our website or app.

Account Information

When you create an account, we store the information necessary to identify your account, sign you in securely, and provide access to the features associated with your role, plan, purchases, provider listing, booking activity, or admin permissions. Passwords are stored in hashed form. If you update your account details, we use the updated information for future account management, security, communications, and support.

Claudius England Travel

Claudius England Travel allows customers to browse and request bookings with approved drivers, accommodation providers, and excursion providers. Public Travel pages may show approved listing information such as provider or business name, profile descriptions, service areas, location, photos, amenities, vehicle details, availability summaries, prices, badges, ratings, and reviews.

When a customer submits a booking request, we collect the details needed to review and coordinate that request, such as customer name, email, phone number, booking type, listing selected, requested dates or times, number of people, pickup or dropoff locations where applicable, check-in/check-out dates for accommodation, special requests, estimated total, and booking status. This information may be visible to authorized admins and, where needed to respond to the request, the relevant provider.

Travel Providers, Pricing, and Availability

Travel providers may submit business details, contact details, profile descriptions, prices, availability, photos, and listing information. Providers are responsible for keeping their own profile, prices, and availability accurate. Admins may review, approve, suspend, remove, or edit listings and may revise prices when needed. When an admin changes a provider price, we may store a price history record showing the old price, new price, admin identifier, reason, and change time for accountability.

Reviews and Public Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, listing profile, provider photo, media item, blog post, description, or other content intended for publication, that content may be reviewed, moderated, edited for safety or formatting, approved, hidden, or displayed publicly. Avoid submitting information that you do not want other users to see.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase digital products, subscribe to Creator Library services, or complete other paid transactions through the platform, we receive the records necessary to complete the transaction, confirm payment status, manage access, deliver digital products, maintain download and license records, and keep required business and tax records. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment or platform providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Media, Downloads, and Licensing

Creator Library may store records related to media browsing, playlists, favorites, download history, license entitlements, subscription usage, media uploads, metadata, ratings, and certificate or verification activity so users can access purchased or subscribed content and so we can enforce licensing terms, verify eligibility, and respond to support requests about digital media usage.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account access, manage provider/listing history, coordinate bookings, preserve download and licensing records, satisfy legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security/audit records, and protect against fraud or abuse. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it or anonymize it.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion and data removal by using the account deletion page where available or by contacting support at support@claudiusengland.com.

When we receive a verified deletion request, we will review the account and remove or anonymize personal data where appropriate, subject to any information we must keep for lawful business, tax, booking, security, fraud prevention, provider audit, dispute resolution, or licensing recordkeeping purposes.
